Dundee today have completed the signing of Mark Fotheringham on a deal which will see him with the club until the end of the season.
Fotheringham who spent two years at Dens between 2003 and 2005 rejoins the club after spending time in the 1st division this season with Livingston.
The midfielder's last appearance for the Lions was at Dens in Dundee's 3-0 victory back in January . Mark's afternoon was cut short on that occasion as he was given his marching orders in the second half.
Since leaving Dundee in 2005, Mark moved to Germany and spent time with SC Freiburg before moving onto Swiss side FC Aarau.
In 2007, he returned to the UK with Norwich City. 'Fozzy' spent two years at Carrow Road and was made captain during his time with the club.
He left in 2009 and spent three months with Dundee United to keep his fitness up before a move to Cypriot side Anorthosis Famagusta.
In October of last year Mark joined Livingston on a short term deal, leaving the 1st division team at the end of January.
It was then reported Mark spent time on trial with Premiership side Wolves but no deal could be reached and he now joins Dundee until the end of the season.
