Cannae believe the stewards rifle your bags pre match incase you have bottles which can be used as a missile.

The pie i got at half time on saturday, if i had threw that pie onto the pitch it wouldve left a crater. Absolutely minging and brick hard.

Security is a fact of life, and provides us the ability to sit and watch a game of football, it is essential that Dundee do not receive any fines , given our new corporate governance, and we retain respect at all times from others who visit Dens park, and also at away games where a minority think it is desirable for supporters to be choking in potentially toxic smoke, although to be fair it was Dark blue !

The Peterhead pie incidentally ranks top of the Peh chart , so far this season, by a country mile, I am sure they sold umpteen on Saturday ,

That blue mist from the flare would've made us look awesome at Kilmarnock!

Surely if all you have to worry about is the state of your match food & drink, why on earth do you continue to buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The mans right

Its simple, if you don't like it, don't buy it. Me, my head says no but my wasp like waistline ( :-o ) says aye. Its not exactly haute cuisine but then Dens ain't exactly the Ritz. If you feel that strongly then go the whole 2 hours (give or take) without a peh. Thats the only way to do it. I concur that its either poor quality OR overpriced (not both) but we are at a public event not Greggs. I know its part of football (I look forward to different teams pehs) but its not why we go to football (or shouldn't be, that would be tragic). Vote with your belly's people or dry your eyes.

It's a rule that obviously DFC as a single club can't change, but it's interesting to see that we still have this rule in place while other leagues allow bottles in with very few, isolated incidents.

Spain, for example, allow bottles in but without the tops. A boy was also shown on Match of the Day last night drinking from a bottle in the Norwich (away) end against Fulham - Not sure what their rules are down there though.

Not sure if you meant booze or not - my understanding is that supporters are not allowed to drink alchohol anywhere within sight of the pitch.

I think that English clubs generally have the same rules that we do regarding other items - anything that can be used as a missile will be confiscated.
