Does anyone know if there is Disabled Parking in or near Rugby Park, I tried to get in contact with kille direct however no one has gotten back to me typical.

Yes there is. The CAFE website has detailed information on disabled facilities including parking and how to request a parking permit.

Good on Kilmarnock .... they have reserved a parking bay for me at Rugby Park for Saturday
