The article started by mentioning that in a recession, money is tight, but still Dundee supporters and the society managed to raise over 4 grand for charities this season. It talked about the procession around the track at the weekend, and had an interview with Community Director Jacqui Robertson, who thanked a lot of people, talked about two particular charities, Action Duchenne, and Dreamz4U and how two young men got a chance to be mascots for the day.
Jacqui then talked about plans for next season, and appealed for Dundee fans to come forward with suggestions for any charity they feel may benefit from involvement as this initiative continues to grow. |
