On reflection let's see how the EBT case emerges.
1, If it is defined as starting late 1998
2, If the side letters are defined as being dual contracts
3, That Rangers disclosed the existence of the EBT's year on year
4, Why did no one ask for the mechanics of the EBT's, which would have thrown up the side letters.
The answers to these questions and more will shed light on whether or not DFC should have avoided relegation in 2005 either due to Livingston or Rangers being relegated! |
