Everything seems to have gone quiet on this CVA thing. I'm not convinced Green isn't just another Craig Whyte. He doesn't seem to have any money either. How on earth will he be able to sort out the mess at Ibrox?

Good news on the CVA as it appears HMRC will not accept the derisory offer and hopefully the SPL clubs will also now band together to throw rangers out of the SPL and bring some integrity back to Scottish football

It cannor be just or right these people are allowed to run up debts of tens of millions, walk away, and start again afresh with a new Company. Brazenly, they are even talking about signing new players.

There is no way this can be tolerated. It is unjust, unfair and obscene. Regardless of the money and vested interests the SPL clubs must make a stand, or the game is finished.

According to the news on BBC Scotland HMRC intend to go after the people at Ibrox who have not paid their taxes.

A newco Rangers should be relegated to the third division, however most of their supporters believe they are entitled to remain in the SPL and receive no punishment whatsoever because those responsible are no longer at Ibrox. They are now in the hands of the other SPL clubs and we can of course trust them to act with complete integrity!!!!????

In SPL clubs we trust; not to vote Newco Rangers in! Left alone the club Chairmen would no doubt cave in, but United, Aberdeen, Hibs and other fans have laid it on the line - vote them in and we wont be back - interesting or what?

According to the q & a currently on, they only need a vote of 8 - 4 in their favour as they hold a vote themselves.

Yes Rangers have to persuade only 7 more clubs to be admitted into the SPL as a new co.

If Rangers FC are liquidated surely they no longer exist to place a vote.

What I don't understand is how the assets can transfer, seamlessly, to a new Company. Surely the biggest creditor is the taxman and therefore those of us who work and pay our taxes. Surely Ibrox and Murray Park go on the open market, realising the best price for us, the taxpayer. Any accountants here that can explain? Not right!

You would think but, according to the SPL, they still get a vote!

It truly is baffling, if a newco is in existence to have applied for entry to the SPL, then by default the original company no longer exists to vote, but apparently the SPL will let them. You couldn't make it up.

If clubs in the SPL vote to let this newco in then all the sporting integrity has gone.

The SFA tribunal will hopefully decide to relegate Rangers to SFL Division 3 and this decision would give the SPL chairmen their "get out of jail" card.

If the SPL have said this then they are clearly in breach of their own constitution as only current member clubs can attend meetings and vote. This is no doubt a preluce to SPL gerrymandering --

the old Rangers is still in administration and wont be wound down and liquidated for a wee while yet. So, the old company still holds the SPL voting rights. Just one of those technical quirks of this kind of thing I'm afraid and I'm sure Duff and Duffer checked their time lines to make sure it was like this.

When is the SPL vote suppossed to take place? Meanwhile lets not lose hope and keep believing that the weight of fans expectations will force The rangers down to the 3rd.
