I subscribed to DFCTV in the past when I lived quite some distance from Dundee but that was a few years back now.
I decided to subscribe to the DFCSS Gold package but when I started to apply for DFCTV it wouldnt let me as my e-mail address is still on the system. Attempts to use the odl e-mail/password or even renew the password to proceed with signing up also failed.
Can anyone associated with DFCTV help me out please with some help as to how I can by-pass this issue and sign-up?
I too have applied for the Gold Membership after an involuntary break of a year or so. My account was suspended for some reason which seemed to coincide when the clubs troubles began. I let it go as I understood the club had bigger fish to fry than my tenner a month. Ive sent my application form and standing order mandate. I called the club regarding a similar problem I was having to you "hairyscotsman" and was advised to email Colin Reid which I did about two weeks ago but as yet haven't received any feedback on whether my forms have been received or are being processed.
