Anyone else downloaded the FM2010 trial yet?
Not plain sailing despite the transfer funds / wages budget. Picked up Bobo Balde on a free transfer at £675pw, and paired him with Kyle in defence with Maros in front. Graham Stack from U19s at left back is pretty good, and I brought in David Fernandez from Killie for £65k as Harkins doesn't seem to have the same form as in real life.
Griffiths seems hot and cold, best as a sub (hmm, maybe Jocky knows best!) and Higgins got 7 in 8 games so far.
Pretty impressed with the graphics, stadium looks / atmosphere. I still don't like the monotony of press conferences though.
I could really use a graphics pack with the player pics etc. if someone fancies creating one.
Looks like a worthwhile buy. |

| You can balance transfer budget and wage budget, a nice touch at last. You have around £275k to spend (after LG and GGH obviously). |

Been playing the game for about a week now. Been playing in England with an easy team just to get used to the new features. I downloaded a new database from the sports interactive community last night that restructures the scottish league. This has Dundee in the top league(where they should rightfully be!) and the league now has 16 teams. I am about to start a new game with this new spl setup so I will let you all know how I get on.

| Does anyone have a good logos and kits pack for the scottish league? Managed to get one with all the badges, but has one or 2 wee silly flaws such as a partick badge as st johnstones badge and a CIS logo for the league cup instead of co-op |

1st season - promoted by 9 pts clear, challenge cup winners and scottish cup finalists.

i won the league by 10 points on the first season,
in the first division i signed; martini, grof, perrier doumbe, pele, ben mee(loan great defender), joe keenan, zasada, gordar johannsson bangs goals in for fun), sam hewson, sibierski, matt james, bruna, abubakari yakubu, pacheco, . most of them were on loan or free transfers. just wiped out my transfer budget and sold a couple of players.
in the spl im 3rd after 13 games (well off the top tho) and i have signed; ben mee, gav rae, fathi, agassa, jonathon grounds, romain gasmi, barakat, sergio, svedjik, folan and tom pekhart all on free transfers |

is anyone else finding difficutly in playing against the old firm? i have been thumped everytime and no matter what i try i get thrashed even on the most defensive settings.
won 1st 6 games on the trot but my morale is causing team to lose a bit now as expected.
but need some help please! |

Super Tommy,
Would be nice to have David Cowan available to be used as a CB but other than that the only thing I've found a little odd is that having had £400k to spend in Div 1, I got promoted and had nothing to spend to strengthen in the SPL. Surely not? |

alright mate i just beat celtic for the first after gettin hammered from them twice before, before i used the counter and defensive settings. But for this i had it at attacking but told them to exploit the flanks and beat them 2-0 beat rangers 3-1 with that aswell.
anyone had any trouble playing united on it? lost to them in 2 friendly's played them 3 times in the league and drew one but lost 2 |
