Posted - 14 May 2012 : 16:53:35 Got my new season ticket today but instead of book of numbered vouchers all I got was a flimsy 'match ticket' which I can't see surviving the rigours of an 18-match season. Thought there must be some mistake but was assured it was correct. Anybody else got theirs yet? |

Posted - 15 May 2012 : 09:34:21 Hi Jimmy, Neil from the ticket office here.
Fraser is right thats only a receipt you have for the money you paid. Books should arrive within the next four weeks and you can collect your book of vouchers then along with a wallet to keep them in. Any other questions just let me know.

Posted - 15 May 2012 : 09:27:33 Thanks, Fraser. The guy said it was his first day on the job so that would account for the misunderstanding. Wonder if it might be an idea to clarify it on the home page? The guy behind me in the queue looked a bit bemused as well. Qualified for seniors price now so will use the money I saved to sponsor one of the youth players. |

Posted - 14 May 2012 : 22:35:33 That is a mistake, Jimmy.
You've been given a receipt for your payment. All season ticket holders will receive a book of vouchers as usual, with full instructions of how to redeem the various offers, as well as a plastic wallet at no additional cost. |
