Posted - 19 May 2012 : 05:46:03 As discussed on one of the other Forum topics, I am keen to get together a group of Dundee supporters from across the Globe, who can't get to Dens regularly but who would like to do what they can to assist the club we love.
I envisage that this group, although informal in nature, will discuss and generate ideas on how to support the club with things like Fundraising, identifying player talent across the globe and other ways on raising the profile of DFC across the world.
We have fans located all over the world and I feel that if we can tap into these people, their networks, their skills and their resources, then we can do some good for the club.
I am happy to devote my time and energy to driving this group and if you are interested in getting involved, please e-mail me your name and country to: scott_lockie@hotmail.com
Even although we can't get to Dens often, I think a lot of exiled Dees would like to feel that they can get involved in helping our club get back to where we belong and more importantly, staying there.
I will be back in Dundee in July and would be happy to meet up with someone at the Club to see what ways they feel such a group could assist DFC. |

Posted - 12 June 2012 : 01:35:35 In under a week, this Facebook group of Dees has almost 50 members! If you are an exile/ expat, go to Facebook and search for Exiled Dark Blues and request to join. The more the merrier and the banter is pretty good! |

Well no censorship other than FB rules. I'm pretty sure I have some photos of a certain day at Nevada's . I'll post them later... Get yourself signed up on the group. |

Posted - 06 June 2012 : 17:23:39 There are lots in Dundee and around doing this too - maybe a bit of promo on front page for all to join in - I think we did this scheme last couple of seasons too. |

Posted - 06 June 2012 : 14:53:13 Scott,
I just wanted to say great job at getting an Exiles DSC off the ground. I'd had thought of reviving the the old North American DSC but I feel we will be more effective as a unified Exiles club. We in North America have basically the same type of issues and wants as you in Oz. |

I had a grin as wide as the tay this morning. The response I got from the Wallaby faithful was that it was a mickey mouse match as it was played in Newcastle and the weather did not favour them! Sore losers |
